GAT-A-01E2 Buster Dagger

This is a GAT-A-01E2 Buster Dagger piloted by Damian Gagarin. Before joining the Onasi Faction he served in the Eurasian military. He prefers to use heavy weaponry, which is why I chose him to pilot this.

There were only a few Buster Daggers made during the First Bloody Valentine War, originally a concept design for a Striker Pack to be attached to the 105 Dagger, the design is eventually deemed to complex for a mere Striker Pack and developed as a Dagger in its own right - possibly explaining the obscure model number. Based on the 105 Dagger frame, the Buster Dagger is equipped with the same 350mm gun-launcher and 94mm beam rifle as the Buster Gundam, but has reduced missile armament with a pair of 3-barrel launchers instead of the Buster's 6-barrel versions; however, the Buster Dagger has a pair of beam sabers, filling in the close-combat weakness of Buster itself. This unit was painted by Damian to have a similar color scheme as the GAT-X103 Buster Gundam.
